Room-wise requirements

Living room

Accent chairs in the seating area

Can either be 1 single accent chair and 1 small wooden chair with no hand rest.

Or can also be a pair of identical accent chairs.

Small center table between the accent chairs

Should not have the surface area of more than 1 sq ft.

Can be square or round.

Center table for the main seating area

Should match or contrast the color of the couch.

Console table for the wall attached to the stairs.

Console table need to have 2 shelves.

On the top shelf: Facebook Portal device, s small flower vase, and a photo frame, and a scented candle.

On the bottom shelf: Alexa, Simplisafe hub, and Blink camera hub.

Floor-colored tape to fasten the couch electric wire (extension cord) to the floor

Plant beside the main door

On one side of the main door we placed the artificial plant. Other side, we need to place a plant.

Office room

Floor lamp

Need a floor lamp on the right side (while sitting) of the couch (near the thermostat) to assist while reading.

Double French door

Need to install a double French door to the main arch of the office room.

While standing in the office room and looking outward to the bathroom door, the left-side door would remain closed, while the right-side door would stay open. The open door would partially cover the access to thermostat, but that is still fine. People exiting the office room will mostly go toward kitchen and not toward the garage. So it makes sense to keep the right-side door open.

Single French door

Need to install a single French door to the smaller arch in the office room.

Printer

Need to buy a print/copy/scan machine for home printing purposes.

Dining room

Liquor cabinet

Need to buy a liquor cabinet in the corner of the dining room right beside the patio door.

The cabinet should be in the center of the wall between the patio door and the window.

The cabinet should not be too tall or it will dominate the wooden painting hanging on that wall.

Door mat runner

Need a thin runner mat to run across the length of the patio door.

Lazy susan

Need a lazy susan for the dining table to put the pickle jars.

Foyer

Key chain holder

Need to order a cute personalized key-chain holder from Etsy to hang it on the side wall next to the garage door.

Half-Bath

Bidet

Need to install a basic bidet for the downstairs bathroom.
